• Kristin is a longtime resident of Manhattan Beach, entrepreneur and mother of three. 

• She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a passionate champion for maximizing talent. 

• Kristin’s love for teaching, coaching and consulting led her to establish her consulting firm, Percheron Consulting, in 2014. In addition to her consulting work, she is also a Planning Commissioner for the City of Manhattan Beach. She is actively involved in her children’s school as a Young at Art docent and classroom volunteer. Her two boys attend American Martyrs School, and her daughter is at the preschool. Over the course of her career, Kristin has held roles in marketing, brand management, sales management, operations leadership and consulting. She has navigated several industry and functional changes by effectively leveraging her strengths. Kristin earned her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and her BA from Rhodes College.
